Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or made-to-order products may require a longer processing period. Estimated production times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other reputable carriers, depending on your location.

  • The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to select the most suitable shipping method for your order.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard international delivery: 7–15 business days (subject to destination and customs clearance).

  • Expedited shipping (if available): 3–7 business days.

  • Oversized or custom-made screens may be shipped by sea freight. Delivery times will depend on the logistics provider, typically within 30–45 days.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Large-size or overweight items may incur additional surcharges.

  • Promotional free shipping (if offered) will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • SCREEN PRO® is not liable for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to customer error may be returned to us, and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer global shipping, but certain regions may not be serviceable due to courier limitations, customs restrictions, or legal compliance issues.

  • If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you promptly to arrange alternatives or issue a refund.


Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery (if possible) and notify us immediately at screenproscreens@outlook.com with photos and order details.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Resolutions will be determined case by case in accordance with carrier policies.
