Scope and Ownership
This Intellectual Property Rights statement applies to all content, products, and materials displayed on screenproscreens.com and samsav.com (collectively, the “SCREEN PRO Sites”). Unless otherwise stated, all text, product descriptions, videos, photographs, graphics, page layouts, downloadable files, and other materials on the SCREEN PRO Sites are the exclusive property of ScreenPro Avtech (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws worldwide. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks
“SCREEN PRO”, the SCREEN PRO logos, “T-Prism”, and the names of our screen families and fabrics—including, without limitation, AD / AI / AZ, TD / TR / TI, and TW / CW / T8—are trademarks or registered trademarks of ScreenPro Avtech (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. or its affiliates, in applicable jurisdictions. Any other names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners and used for identification only. Use of our marks in a way that may cause confusion or imply sponsorship/endorsement without prior written permission is not allowed. 

Patents and Proprietary Technology
Our optical screen technologies—including the T-Prism ambient light rejecting (ALR) architecture for ultra-short-throw laser projection—may be covered by patents and/or protected as proprietary know-how. The T-Prism structure is designed to separate incident ambient light from projected light to preserve contrast and image fidelity in bright environments. Any reverse engineering, disassembly, or unauthorized derivation of our materials and structures is strictly prohibited. 

Copyright and Content Use
You may view, share links to, and reference the SCREEN PRO Sites for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where an express license is granted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, mirror, frame, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from our site content (including images, videos, manuals, and downloads). Commercial use, training datasets, or automated harvesting of our content requires prior written authorization.

Software, Data, and Access Restrictions
Automated access (including bots, crawlers, or similar technologies) that collects, indexes, or mines our content without permission is not allowed. You may not remove, alter, or obscure copyright or trademark notices, digital watermarks, or other rights management information.

Third-Party Materials
Third-party names, images, or trademarks referenced on the SCREEN PRO Sites are used solely to describe compatibility or for nominative fair use. Such rights remain with their respective owners, and no association or endorsement is implied.

Counterfeits and Unauthorized Resellers
To protect customers and our brand, we may take action against counterfeit goods, misleading listings, and unauthorized use of our product images, specifications, or brand assets on any marketplace or website.
