Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or enters production. If the order is cancelled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.


Quality Assurance

All SCREEN PRO® products undergo strict quality control and full inspection prior to shipment.

If your item arrives with shipping damage or a verified manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting materials (photos, videos, and serial number). We will respond within 72 hours with a resolution.

In such cases, you may choose between:

  • Free replacement shipment; or

  • Full refund of the product amount (excluding shipping and handling fees).


Image Performance Disclaimer

Projection image quality is influenced by multiple external factors, including but not limited to projector model, light source technology, room lighting conditions, installation distance, screen positioning, and calibration settings.

As a result, perceived image brightness, contrast, sharpness, and overall viewing experience may vary from one environment to another. Such variations are considered subjective viewing differences and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Dissatisfaction based solely on image appearance, viewing preference, or environmental factors is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.

If the product is functioning as described, correctly delivered, and undamaged, it is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, including but not limited to subjective dissatisfaction or preference-based reasons.


Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order items (including special dimensions, material upgrades, or project-based products) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon receipt.


Warranty Coverage

Most screen products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty.
Accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty (refer to the product page for details).

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, accidents, improper handling, force majeure events, or shipping after initial delivery.


Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details, problem description, and supporting evidence. After evaluation, we may provide replacement parts, repair service, product replacement, or other solutions in accordance with this policy.


Shipping Responsibility

If a return is initiated due to customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees will be based on the carrier selected by the customer.

If the return is due to our error (such as incorrect item or verified damage upon arrival), SCREEN PRO® will cover the associated shipping costs.


Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, graphics, logos, text, and media, is the intellectual property of SCREEN PRO® or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purposes;

  • Upload malware, viruses, or interfere with site operations;

  • Infringe intellectual property rights or collect personal data without consent.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCREEN PRO® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product involved.
