U.S. orders for the AI Series are fulfilled from China on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The listed price includes standard shipping, import duties, and taxes, so customers should not be charged additional customs duties at delivery. This is not U.S.-warehouse stock. Sizes up to 120 inches typically require about 3 working days for production plus about 7 working days for transportation. Electric screens over 120 inches are shipped by sea; transportation typically takes 45–60 days after production. We will confirm the applicable lead time before dispatch.

A directional UST ALR surface is designed to reduce the effect of some ambient light. The result depends on the direction of the light, the projector and the viewing position.

Keep direct sunlight off the screen. Confirm the correct surface orientation and projector position for the exact configuration; do not assume that moving the projector above the screen will work.
