SCREEN PRO® is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for customs-related delays or charges.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

6.1 Quality Assurance: All SCREEN PRO® products undergo strict quality control and inspection before shipping.
6.2 Defect Reporting Window: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting materials (photos, videos, serial number). We will respond within 72 hours with a resolution.
6.3 Remedies: You may choose between (a) free replacement shipment, or (b) full refund of the product amount (excluding shipping and handling).
6.4 Non-Defective Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. If the product functions as described and is undamaged, no return or exchange will be granted.
6.5 Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order items (special dimensions, material upgrades, or project-based products) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon receipt.
6.6 Warranty Coverage: Most screens carry a 3-year limited warranty; accessories carry a 2-year warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
6.7 Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, accidents, handling damage, force majeure, or shipping after initial delivery.
6.8 Claims Process: Contact us with order details, problem description, and evidence. After assessment, we may provide parts, repair, replacement, or other solutions per policy.
