Current upgraded 3C material — The 3C supplied today uses an improved, higher-gain material compared with our first-production 3C 1.0. Some earlier reviews tested that first version; their results should be read with the material version in mind.

3C is designed to reduce visible laser speckle with suitable standard- and long-throw RGB triple-laser projectors in controlled light. It does not guarantee a speckle-free image with every projector or viewing position.

3C Anti-Speckle Projection Fabric is engineered specifically for today’s RGB triple-laser projectors, delivering a cleaner, calmer image by helping reduce visible laser speckle under appropriate projector and viewing conditions while preserving natural whites and accurate colors. Results vary by projector, content, viewing position, and viewer sensitivity.

With a published rated 0.8 gain and a wide 160° viewing angle, 3C is intended for controlled-light viewing. Actual brightness, uniformity and visible speckle depend on projector placement, content and viewing position; these specifications do not guarantee the absence of hotspots or speckle.

Unlike traditional Fresnel or black-grid ALR screens that rely on aggressive surface structures, 3C uses micro-optical diffusion and precision coating control to manage laser scatter at the material level. This allows triple-laser projectors to perform naturally, with stable contrast and faithful color reproduction.

The TI Series ceiling-recessed design brings architectural integration into the equation. Fully hidden within the ceiling cavity, the screen disappears completely when not in use—no visible housing, no visual interruption. It transforms multipurpose living spaces into clean, minimal environments while preserving a true cinematic experience at the touch of a button.

02Your light and image

Choose a dark, dim or light-controlled room. 3C does not reject ambient light. If you need speakers behind the image, choose an acoustically transparent material instead.

Photography shows an installation, not a measured brightness or speckle comparison. The projector, screen size and room all affect what you see.

03Your installation

Plan the ceiling recess, structural support, power and future service access with your installer before construction.

What 3C Is Designed to Do

3C is a matte grey, non-ALR surface designed to reduce visible RGB-laser speckle while preserving a natural-looking image.

It does not promise zero speckle. Final results depend on the projector, image size, viewing distance, content and room conditions.
Projector, Room & Speaker Fit

Strongest fit: standard- or long-throw RGB triple-laser projection in dark, dim or light-controlled rooms.

Choose a different screen path if you use a UST projector or laser TV, need ALR for strong ambient light, or place speakers behind the image.
Size & Installation Options

Choose fixed frame, motorized tension, ceiling-recessed or floor-rising based on how the screen should live in the room.

Standard size ranges vary by format. Selected custom sizes and top-border options can be confirmed before ordering.
